Hi gang -

For several years I have been meaning to go down and photograph the uniquely Chicago street that is Lower Wacker Drive, specifically the part that runs north and south (the older part that wasn't replaced 9 years ago).

The trouble is that Chicago is going to start ripping this portion up in April. I was wondering if anyone else would like to join me on a couple of photo shoots down there. If you are interested we can then figure out when it would work out best to get down there. I am thinking that I will be down there more than once for some daytime and nighttime shots. I'd like to be kept informed of when you plan on going down and shooting. I may not be able to join but I would like to try.

I'm glad that someone besides me is interested in heading down there. Obviously I want to do this before construction starts in April but I figured that we could wait until the weather improves a little or we get a couple dry days on a weekend. But aside from that I am down for it anytime so if anyone wants to throw out a date we could make that work.
